2021-22 ASABFA State Team of the Year

The ACA Fishing Team is affiliated with the Alabama Student Angler Bass Fishing Association, whose mission is to create camaraderie, competition, and continual learning. We encourage our student anglers to protect and promote the preservation of the sport of fishing’s natural resources, participate in community conservation projects and initiatives, and provide a social atmosphere for interaction with peers in a competitive environment that will build confidence in our student anglers for the future.

Beginning in 6th grade, students have the opportunity to join this very successful team, whose members have won 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishes in major state tournaments.

Our team travels to competitions on Lake Eufaula, Lake Martin, Lake Jordan, and Lake Mitchell, among other beautiful locations. Coaches and supporters share their passion for the sport of competitive bass fishing, but that pales in comparison with the love they have for our young anglers and for God’s great outdoors. We invite you to cast your line with us!
